Our courses aim to empower biomedical graduates to take on genuinely impactful careers while impacting human lives. In addition, we provide services in various domains of Health Data Sciences and Consultancy to the Pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, research organizations, and related institutions.

 As a Data Scientist and Trainer specializing in Health Data Science, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting healthcare data, as well as delivering training programs to enhance data science skills in the field of healthcare. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Post graduate or PhD degree in Bioinformatics, Computer science with experience in Genomics, health data analytics, data science, and statistics or related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in bioinformatics
• Fluent in Python and/or R
• Experience with source code version control (Git)
• Demonstrated algorithm design and data visualization skills
• Experience in efficiently deploying cloud compute resources (AWS)
• Experience building data infrastructure using best practices
• Collaborative, curious, and proactive

Nice-to-have skills:

• Demonstrated experience in NGS data analysis, bulk and single cell sequencing.
• Analyzing different types of data sets, defining and developing data analysis pipelines and tools to support biologics programs and generating knowledge and predictive models
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to concisely explain complicated concepts to executives within and outside of the organization
• Ability to work with cloud computing environments and use leading-edge data science tools

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• To be passionate about our mission to transform the lives of students/clients through innovative training and services
• Interest in health data analysis (e.g., integration and analysis of clinical data and other data sets)
• Execute machine learning algorithms, network analysis, and understand concepts related to algorithmic fairness and ethics
• Commitment to working in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration and deepening client relationships
• Lead training and service programs in Health Data Sciences
• Prior experience in delivering training programs or workshops in health data science is preferred
